“Solar Cold-To-Hot Brew Coffee” LOL I just made it up this morning, and it’s pretty good! Less bitter than hot-brewed coffee with a hint of the colorful flavor of cold brew. Of course it would be a true cold brew if I left it steeping overnight or longer but I always forget!
